Asking a favor from Chi-town owners

Hey folks!!

Thanks for reading this. I am going to be in the Chi-town area next week (Dec 14-18). I will be traveling with three other soldiers who are intrigued with my car (85 308 GTS QV). So far, it is the only Fcar that any of them have ridden in. (there generally arent many Fcars around military bases)

Is there likely to be a gathering anytime during there that we might attend? Or would any of you be up for offering rides in any of your cars to these guys? I think it would be awesome to have a caravan of F-cars (or Lambos or other exotics) to take these soldiers on a tour of Chicago. Even just being able to show your car to them would be fantastic.

If any of you can do this for me I would greatly appreciate it. If I am ever close to you or can return the favor in any way I would be more than happy to as well.

I know this would blow these guys minds if I could help make this happen.

We are expecting snow all week and salt is already down so .....

 

I understand if the weather doesnt permit. That would suck though, but thats Chicago weather huh??
