So this happened once last year and now it seems to happen more often. when it does happen the car runs and drives fine. From my searching I narrowed it down to a bad speed sensor, No big deal. They come complete with the hub and bearing and I have seen them anywhere from $750-850. I would like to install this myself as I dont see this being a big deal. Now for my question, Is there any way to tell which sensor is throwing the code without an SD2 or Leonardo? I have a Launch scanner that does abs, srs, asr and such but as you can imagine it is not compatable with Ferrari.... Any input would be greatly appreciated.-JP

At first I thought disconnect each.. but that won't narrow it down.. Or you could try connecting the good one to each hub connector perhaps? If its just an impedance issue with the sensor..? When you get the right hub the warning goes out...

    I'm thinking you're stuck with needing a Leonardo or SD2.. :(

I don’t know what result you will get with a resistance/impedance test but I’d say it’s worth testing all to see can you find an “odd one out”. Fitting is DIY capable (although the big nut in the middle of each hub is quite difficult to get off) but you’re definitely not going to want to fit the new one to one corner after another on a trial and error basis.

Without an SD2, they could all be good and the problem could be in the ABS/ASR ECU or a connector somewhere.

OK, I'll go have someone scan it for me. Thanks
