    a friend of mine said he has this car. and he tried to describe the differences between it and the db5 and the db6....and i did not really follow him that well. nor have i been able to find anything on it on the web, or in my aston book.....so before i say the wrong thing to him, has anybody else heard of this model supposedly interim to the models we already know?

    Can you get the chassis #? That's the best way to figure out what it really is. If you get the # I'll look it up in the AMOC register.

    Not to forget that these also, like all DB6, had a Kamm-tail.

    That looks great.

    Funny: My late father and I came very close to buying the penultimate short chassis Volante in the mid-seventies, and I could have sworn it had the kamm-tail like other DB6's, but it looks like time has faded my memory:)

    So, I stand corrected!
