At Last, it's here. My F430 Arrived this morning!!

As I said earlier, you and I have very much the same taste in our colors.

My 430 is scheduled for production the first week of july so I won't actually get to see it here in the US until the end of August or September. I love your colors but I didn't do the dash in Cuoio but chose the standard black because I thought the lighter dash would reflect in the windshield. My Daytona seats also have the black inserts. And I chose black carpets too. Primarily because the Maserati Spyder I had was Cuoio interior with Cuoio carpets and I thought it was a pain to keep the carpets immaculate. No matter how careful I was when i drove the car, the carpets (the mats actually) looked dirty. I ended up ordering another set of mats within a year.

I am hoping the black carpets won't look so out of place (as the photoshop shows) with a black dash and the black Daytona inserts. But, only the factory will know until I actually see it.

By the way, I also love photography and I will post lots of pics when the car is here........ but.... I can clearly say I can't top your efforts.....

Black inserts w/ black carpet and black dash. Hmmm. I think it will be nice. If you look at my photoshop, there is nothing black in the car except for the CF. But in your case the dash, carpets, CF inserts, and the daytona inserts will be black. So I guess the color combination will be nice.

By the way, there is no reflection whatsoever from the Cuoio dashboard. The only thing reflecting on the windshield is the carbonfibre and my owner's signature plaque. Surprisingly, the cuoio has no glare at all.
My dealer didn't deliver any car with cuoio dashboard before mine because he was opting against it. He thought it would give the same effect as Tan. But I took my risks, and now he is recommending the cuoio dashboard for any client who wants cuoio interior.

By the way, cuoio carpets aren't a problem to handle. Of course they can't match black carpets for durability. But so what. As you just said, change the carpets more frequently. After all, Ferrari's aren't daily drivers.

Man i cant stop looking at these pictures. I was riding along almost the same one yesterday, but i think he had tan interior, it was absolutely amazing. Made me say porsche turbo what? Although he loved mine and use to have one, he was a cool guy.

I have to say, I really appreciate your taking the time to take such nice photos and also to be so detailed so we can see the options. I have elected to wait until I can order a car exactly as I would like (next year some time) and I think it is going to be worth the wait. Congratulations again on a really beautiful F430 and drive it well.

I honestly don't know if the Maserati Cuoio is the same as Ferrari. They surely look different. Anybody know?

No, they are not the same. The one used in Ferrari's is a bit darker and has more contrast.

I really love the loo of the Cuoio in your Ferrari, and you can see the difference in the constrats, looks great .

I just happened to come along to this thread. Beautiful pictures! You have a really good eye in how you compose and crop your subjects. Your car is also very well appointed in terms of color selection and options.

I always thought all Ferraris should be Red with tan interior. However, by looking at yours, I must admit, sometimes other colors are just as spectacular.

Now, I'm going to get my Canon SLR out and get some really good shots and start a thread of my own. Hopefully, they will be as good as yours.

I've seen these pictures of your F430 before, on www.supercar-world.com. What an awsome car. It's just stunning! I have to say you choose the best colour for a 430. With the cream/beige interior it's perfect! Most Ferrari-owners want their Ferrari red, but I think this is much better for a 430. Also nice is the carbon-look on the dash and steering wheel!

I am using a Canon 5D with an everyday lens Canon EF 24-105 1:4 L IS USM.
It is a very nice lens and it is from the "L" lens family, the best in Canon's lenses. It doesn't come cheap but it is worth every penny.

You should paint your car black, have your seats covered in white and paint your calipers red, then it will match

Wow nice picture! What a great car! Most gorgeous F430 on the world! How does it drives? I suppose it's very nice for daily use and for racing on a track or something! I wish you good luck and much fun with the car!

That shouldn't be a problem.

5 minutes on Photoshop

I admit that the white interior could be made better, but as I said, I only took 5 minutes. A little more time and I could get it right.

That car at the back is not what you think it is. It's a Cayenne Gemballa GT 600. A torque monster.

I got addicted to this car like no other. It is really a joy to drive even at an everyday basis.

She can drive really good. She drove my 430 like a pro. She used to have a 360 Spider F1 and a stripped-out 911 GT3 with a roll-cage and bucket seats inside.
The Cayenne is not her's. It's her boyfriend's. Her boyfriend is my friend who has the Carrera GT pictured along my 430 in this thread. He is more of a brother to me than a friend actually.

She also drove the Carrera GT without problems. Although she had some minor errors with the tricky clutch initially, she got used to it eventually.

That's her in my F430 by the way. Sorry, the image has a lot of noise and was taken at night with very poor lighting. But I prefer it that way than firing the flash. I just hate flash.
