    Amen Mitch!

I just moved up to a new job where I have

A: An office with a Door in an out of the way part of the building.

    B: A receptionist

    C: A parking spot(no more hunting for a spot)

D: A stellar orientation period. They went through everyone and everything I am in charge of, prodecures AND I had introductory meetings with everyone I would have contact with, vendors ETC....

I have never had so much time in my life. Unscientifically I'd say I am three times more productive and valuable at this new place then the last. My work load is at least double and I find myself trying to find work to do by the end of each day.

Kinda makes me wonder what the old cubicle hell really COST my old bosses.

I've had AT&T Wireless for as long as I've had a cellphone... 5 years maybe. Just got a letter in the mail yesterday stating that they'd been bought by Cingular. I don't follow this stuff so I hadn't heard anything about it. Doesn't matter though since I've never had a problem with the phone or the service.

My girlfriend has AT&T and refuses to switch (I choose my battles and this is not one of them;)). We usually get disconnected (on her end) once or more every conversation. I just got off the phone with her and during our 5 minute conversation the call got dropped 3 times.

Bad reception in suburbs or rural areas is understandable, but in the center of Boston it is inexcusable. I have had Sprint for about 5 years and have never had a problem.

I’ve been having issues with my Sprint PCS coverage since I moved back to Ft. Worth. I just got back from having my phone check out, it failed the software upgrade so they said they are sending me another refurbished phone. I’d rather have a new PCS phone but they want me to resign with a two contact I order to receive one. I’m not complaining due to the fact that my phone is now 2 years old & I never expected them to do this for me. I know some people here may have had Sprint PCS before &some still may do, experienced some sort of issue. Be it customer service or technical issues, is only complaints most of us had. I somehow I'm getting mine resolved. But think about this, I know this is all too common with any wireless provider, large corporations are not perfect but Sprint at least is getting better. Thank God I don't have AT&T.
