Just one detail; Troberg not Troiberg. I spoke on the phone with Per Olov "Picko" Troberg decades ago and he said the GTO scared him, unusual comment contrary to most people calling it easy to deal with.
If Troberg was scared in the GTO then the 250LM must made him sh*t in his pants... Seems to me that his driving talent was limited, no...?!
Exactly my thought. Also this was during my racing years (Formula Ford, Formula Renault 86-89) I was looking for sponsors, thinking of the Barber Saab pro series in the US which is why I called him for tips as he was also a driver manager and he answered in a sinister voice "Oh you know boy Motorsport in Sweden died with Ronnie Peterson"...the last thing I wanted hear!
