    10th Anniversary Italian Car Day!

    Date: Saturday, Oct. 7th, 2006, 10 AM to 3 PM.

    Registration fee $25/car (lunch not included).
    All registration is at the door like last year:

    Place: Kurt’s Restaurant, 4225 River Green Parkway, Duluth, GA 30096 (770-623-4128)

    The event site is in north Atlanta in Duluth GA off Peachtree Industrial Boulevard.

    Show officially starts at 10 AM. First come, first served at registration and on the field.


    Directions: From Atlanta: Take I-85 North outside the Perimeter to Exit 104, Pleasant Hill
    Turn left and go 4 1/2 miles to Peachtree Industrial Blvd. Right on Peachtree Industrial,

    go to second traffic Light (River Green Parkway) Left into River Green behind AGCO.

    From I-285: take Exit 31, Peachtree Industrial north 12 miles outside the Perimeter.

    The road forks half way through, stay to the right, stay on Peachtree Industrial.

    After 12 miles you will cross Pleasant Hill. Go to second traffic light, make left

    to River Green Parkway, the second building on the right.

    EACH REGISTRATION INCLUDES:
    DASH DISPLAY CARD (numbered for voting) One 8” x 10” Photo of your car!
    ONE OFFICIAL VOTING BALLOT
    ONE RAFFLE TICKET for door prizes donated by vendors.

    Registered vehicles are eligible for 1st, 2nd & 3rd place "Owner's Choice" Trophy

    for their registered marque class plus the coveted "Best of Show" award.
    Italian Motorcycles have their own class.

    LUNCH! Enjoy Kurt’s fine Italian Buffet served at noon. $12 adult, $6 children

    Raffle tickets sold at the event for $1 each. Drawings at the show.

    Visitors may buy raffle tickets. New sponsors welcome.

    I have my eye set on a gorgeous Ducati, but it wil never happen... so I have to settle with the old classic Alfa. How about a ducati sticker on my Honda?

    Hi, I'll be in the area looking for a car this weekend and this event looks like a great place to start. Besides FoA, Sports Cars of Altanta and Flashback are there any other places to stop by while I'm in town?

    The event is hosted by the Fiat Lancia Unlimited. Please e mail me if you are available to help out during the show. We will need help in event setup,parking cars, registration, ticket sales, photography, ballot counting and logistics. Most tasks will only require a short time during the event, not the entire event.

    I will be unable to attend this year...my daughters have a Hunter-Jumper horse show in St. Augustine, Fl. this weekend...they are already there and I'm driving down either Friday night or early Saturday morning...

    I will be coming down, but it looks like the Daytona is staying at home. The alternator isnt charging, it quit on the way home from Road Atlanta last weekend. I have not had time all week to diagnose the problem and am unlikely to be able to fix it in time in the morning. Oh well. :)

    I thought about it, but Savannah is all about tourism, and parking is at a premium here, they could careless about a car show although it would look awesome in one of the beautiful squares, specially since no-one in this town has ever seen a Ferrari or any other exotics, and I should mention that the roads are not exotic "friendly". The local track from what I hear is the only good thing about this town for exotic car owners.

    I second what Carbon said......... great event and a great day. JohnM and and JeffD.......and any others, very nice job on the event !!

    Congratulations to everyone that took home a prize!! Even liked the added free volcanic ash..... ;-)

    Had a great time, infact the best ever at ICD! What a great turn out it was indeed. And a special thanks goes out to Rick, who provided the parched folks who stayed late with refreshments.
