Atlanta real estate developers

This May I will be graduating from Georgia Tech with a degree in building construction and a minor in land development. I am aware of the large homebuilders/residential developers in the area, but I'm having a tough time finding contact info for smaller developers. Is there a website or something else where I could look for a listing of developers in the area and the size and scope of their company? Thanks in advance.
