Red Mondial convertible today in Technology Park

 

traveling behind a new dark red metallic Porsche Carrera east bound on Holcomb Bridge Road at 1:30, a black Guiardo with the driver yacking on his cell phone (GOD I hate distracted drivvers no matter what they're driving) came up from behind and turned north a couple blocks before the Ga 400. Ten minutes later heading north on 400 near Haynes Bridge saw an orange Murcielago heading south.
A spotting three-fer day today

 

This afternoon, about 4:30, waiting to turn left from Peachtree Parkway onto Market Place Parkway in south Cumming, a Berlinetta Boxer passes in the oncoming lane. Of course, it was Frank Parker in his beautiful BB512i!

 

Really nice rosso Testarossa on Piedmont Rd. last night around 7 or 8. Did not sound stock.

 

That was me.Was that you in the Alfa sedan? I drove up to Blairsville and back yesterday afternoon. I plan to drive her again today.

 

No, I wasn't on the road. I was getting into my car when I heard the unmistakable sound of a Ferrari 12cyl. There was a city bus going by and you were running alongside it. Interesting contrast in engine noise.

Am I correct about it not being stock??

 

Yup, Masermartin was driving me up to Flashback so I could pick up my 328.

 

I *think* I saw the new Benz SLR yesterday morning heading south on Spalding Drive. I'm not sure because it's a winding road and I didn't get much more than a brief glimpse, but it didn't look like new SL either.

Has anyone else seen one of these around the north side?

 

Saw a Bentley Cont. GT last night, a black Q.P. and a Maser. Coupe, I think a Grand Sport (name?) but just saw the back, and at about 5-5:15 a black 360 Spider on Piedmont heading north toward Lenox. I love the 360.

And I have seen a silver SLR around town. I saw it parked at Blue Pointe in Lenox.

Today I took the 328 back up to Flashback for a minor follow-up to last week's service. I elected to fill up at the BP station on the corner of highways 141 and 9, just off the 400 exit. As I was finishing up, I saw the front end of a red 360 pop up on the other side of the pump island! I had a quick conversation with the two gents who got out and then went inside to get my receipt. The 360 was in nice shape and had a tan interior.

 

Probably P Diddys he lives on spalding and also has a yellow 360.

 

I saw a very nice black Modena today, near North Druid Hills and Buford Highway. Had shields, challenge grill, and sounded like it may have had an exhaust. I followed up for a little bit to listen to it and then turned off. If you are the owner and read this I would like to ask you some things about your car..

 

I know the house he owns there, but I don't think he ever did anything more than take title to it. I don't think he ever moved in. Did he? I drive past the house on a regular basis and I've seen other vehicles there, but never an exotic. You may be right though. Would be nice to see that 360...

 

Friday of last. I saw what was unmistakably the McLaren SLR.
It was on a flat bed and was delivered to a Mercedes workshop on Holcomb Bridge. Damn what a fine car.

 

Yeah I think its one of many of his houses. I think he or his posse stay there now and again. I remember when he bought it seeing a black Bentley 2 door and 360 up the drive one day as I drove past. They had a show on TV can't remember what talking about rappers cars and his 360 came on then so I assume its the same one??????
Its a weird place for him to buy I thought all the rappers with the flash cars live on Mt Paran, everytime I drive down there at the weekend I see lots of high end exotic cars. That and lots of high end babes walking around Chastain Park......................

 

I saw a red 328 in down town Gainesville today around 11:30 am

 

Red Lambo Countach on the corner of Peachtree and Pharr while I was walking to Starbucks. Second time I've seen that car on the exact corner in the last week or so. On the way home I saw a black Lambo Countach pulling out of the quickie mart on Pharr. Was there a Lamborghini show in the area or something????

 

This afternoon, about 2:15, at the corner of GA-9 and Mullinax/Post Road in south Forsyth:

I was in my 328 GTS heading "southbound" (which is actually westbound at that point) on 9, and as I approached the red light, I saw a black/tan 355 GTS waiting at the light heading northbound on Mullinax.

I think we saw each other about the same time. I got the green first, and as I entered the intersection, he beeped his horn and I waved back.

Is this anyone on this forum?

 

Whitlock, I've seen that same lambo before in the area at Starbucks. Probably lives there.

 

Friday night, 11:45.

Black Ultima GTR cruising on 285 East. I wasn't sure what it was at first but when I got home I looked up Ultima and confirmed that it was indeed an Ultima. We played around a bit and he wasn't pulling me much at all which kind of suprised me. I looked up the stats and they have 350bhp and weigh 2,310 lbs. I guess my 535bhp made up for the weight difference. Our weight to power ratios are 6.6 and 6.82 respectively. I bet he was suprised to see a Rustang hanging with him, lol.

 

Blue 355 B heading south bound on 141 today.

 

Red 360 Spyder south bound on Ga. Hwy. 20 in Conyers at 9am. Top down, looked great!

 

I just saw a black Lambo - I think it was a Gallardo, but hard to tell - heading north on 400 right by Abernathy. Didn't appear to have plates, so suspect it may be someone on a testdrive. Saw it right at 1:15 pm.

My office (cube, really) faces out on the highway, so I can look at cars heading both directions all day long).

 

The Lamborghini store is on Rosewell and Northridge and you will often see cars running around the area.
