    My spots today:

    - red Dodge Viper SRT-10 on Georgia Tech plates on Peachtree near ESPN Zone.
    - black Ferrari F430 at Lenox Road and Phipps Drive.
    - blue Lamborghini Murcielago (yes, that one) at the Intercontinental.

    And how about this one: a Suzuki SUV on Puerto Rico license plates! I've only ever seen one other Puerto Rico tag before. Very cool!

    Spring Break is here for us Emory students, so I'm off to New York City and Washington DC on vacation for a week. I'll be back Monday March 16 ready for nice weather and lots more daylight!

    Lots of cars out today...

    1 and 2- A pair of 360 Spyders parked together at Phipps, my guess is his and hers Ferraris
    3. IS-F in general parking at Phipps
    4. Gran Turismo S along with a Bentley GT convertible (Louisiana plates) and a Quattroporte
    5. 360 Modena at Lenox
    6. Viper SRT/10 Copue
    7. Phantom on New Jersey Plates
    8. 360 Modena
    9. Another 360 Modena, Florida plates
    10. R8 at Terminus
    11. SRT/10 with plate "ONE STOP" at Terminus
    12. GT3 at Kyma on Piedmont
    13. Vanquish at the Hyatt on California plate "SIGNAL9" I wonder if it belongs to the guy with all the other cars on Cali plates
    14. DB9 at Terminus
    15. Chris' Murcielago, it's been parked at Intercontinental for 2 days now

    I also saw what may have been the ugliest limo I've ever seen, a Mercedes R class. It's bad enough as a regular car and stretched out, it was just awful. I couldn't get a picture though because it was dark and driving in the other direction.

    So 15 cars in total, 5 of which were 360's. I hope this nice weather is here to stay!

    Here are some pics. when I went home on Friday. These pics. were taken in Duluth at or around Pleasant Hill and Satellite Blvd. Enjoy.
    First is a yellow viper RT/10 vert., second is a green V8 Vantage, and third is a purple Diablo 6.0. The funny thing is that I saw these cars within 2 minutes of each other. I saw the diablo on the other side of the road, so I go to pull a u turn. As im waiting, the viper turns and floors it knowing that we are staring and giving him a thumbs up. Then the v8 vantage. The diablo was owned by a big african american gentleman decked up in a suit.

    The Diablo looks fake. The air scoops are empty (doesn't flow into radiator), the windshield wiper is not original, the bumper looks longer than normal and the mirrors look fake.

    Wondering the same thing. I live 5 miles north of there and I get down there on occassion and see all kinds of cars. I mean it's a mall, and not a very good one. I mean it has nothing more special in it (bed bath and beyond, apple store, Abercrombie, etc.) that the other malls have. Except for the drive up overhang where everyone can see you get out of your Lambo or Aston.........pulllleeeez.

    Its a great hotel bar some nights of the week. Bit hit or miss though.

    Completely agree, after I went back and reviewed it. Its funny how much effort these ppl put into these replica cars. For comparison, here is a true Diablo 6.0. The mirrors on the fake look like they're drooping down.

    Sorry I was speaking of the mall in that area, can't talk for the intercontinental but have been down around that area of Peachtree/Piedmont on random nights and have seen some seriously crazy looking women.

    Buckhead is notorious for awful rims on cool cars. Here's another one I forgot to post up last night that's just terrible, it's a 997 Turbo with the front air vent and big spoiler...my guess is he's trying to make it look like a GT2. I've been fooled twice now when driving by thinking it was a GT2 and being disappointed when I see it up close and find out it's not.

    As for Lenox, there are lots of scantily clad women there on weekends...they might as well be handing out free poontang

    Actually, although it seems we've had a few decent spots there recently, there are rarely exotic cars at the Intercontinental. The valets at the malls (Lenox and Phipps) are much more consistent, although in reality the best place to spot exotic cars in Atlanta is on the street.

    Spotted my first 2009 Porsche Cayman at the Intercontinental. They are just now hitting dealership floors now but neither Jim Ellis or Hennessy have one in stock - they just have the '09 Boxsters. The car was backed in so I didn't get to see the tail lights but the front end looks great with the new fog lights.

    At the Jim Ellis Porsche dealership they also have a pp7 Techart GT Street in silver. At the Hennesy dealer they have a Carrera GT in silver, it is in the garage though.

    599 and Drophead parked together at Phipps, both cars belong to the same guy and I love it that he drives all of his cars!

    Jeezy's LP640 Roadster at Phipps, STILL on temporary plates from LoA...the one he has on there now expired on 3/7/09

    Back end of a H1 on Roswell Rd in front of Butler Tire
    Rolls Royce Silver Shadow II in front of H&R Block on Piedmont
    997 GT3 on Roswell Rd that was track ready, those definitely don't look like street tires
    A pair of DB9's, one at Intercontinental another in Phipps general parking
    Viper GTS at the Ritz, I took 4 different pictures and this one turned out the best
    V8 Vantage at Blue Pointe
    Z8 with optional hard top at Mellow Mushroom on Peachtree
    Maserati Coupe on New York plates at Terminus

    Not bad for a Thursday

    Just two for today because the weather was nasty

    DB9 at the W, and NSX at Peachtree and Lenox. I drove by the Mansion around 9:15 on my way to work and there was a V8 Vantage and a Gran Turismo S parked together but I didn't want to pull in and have the valets come out in the rain for no reason.

    If anyone is in the Alpharetta area, there are 4 Carrera GTs in the service bay at the Porsche dealership on Mansell Road...1 celebrity owned vehicle is missing it's bumper.

    Some from today..

    997 GT3 on Lenox Rd
    Murcielago at Lenox, first time I've seen this car since it was parked together with Chris' at Phipps back in September
    430 Spyder turning from Peachtree to Lenox Rd

    On a side note, I got a new camera today and I'm pretty excited to start using it. It's kind of big and has all these buttons and dials that I'm not too sure about but I'm gonna learn how to work it. I'll probably still use the same one for the day to day spots because it's so little I can carry it everywhere.
