Attaching Pics?

Okay! I must just be dumb! But how do you attach pics to a reply to a thread?
I wrote what I wanted in the 'Reply' box, then went to the 'Attachment Manager', selected a couple pics off my computer, and clicked the 'Upload' button.
After a while, a message popped up stating 'No attachments from foriegn hosts.'
Last time I looked San Diego, Ca. wasn't foriegn! Well maybe after the Jackson verdict it's a little weirder?
So what am I doing wrong?
Also just joined as a subscriber today, so KB size shouldn't be an issue in the future.

 

KB size is always restricted, it's the total number of attachments that is not limited(once subscribed). I'm not sure what that error message means.
You may need to resize the attachments.
