Your ability to replicate something with every exact detail on paper is astounding... i avidly await your next update, while i drool over the pictures you've already posted...

    I'm only trying to express what my eyes see in the photo, .....in my own unique way!!!
    I'm VERY happy that you like it so far :)
    It will never be a photo, but it will have a "weird sort of 3D effect" that you don't get from looking at the photo, I really cannot explain it.....I guess you will know what I'm trying to explain when you see the finished drawing in real!!! :)

    Update 6 with some detail pics...
    Took some time to study the design of the front wing (below the "nose-tip")before I dared make an attempt, as the photo I'm working from does not show this detail clearly! However, I wanted it to be visible in the drawing, as I felt it was one of the unique features of the Enzo.... so now I hope I have got it nearly right! (Second picture in this post)
    What do you think gents.....does the angle of this wing look okay???

    At least I hope it's not too far off from the real thing! :)

    My problem was that it seemed to be a pretty "dark hole" below the nose, on most pictures I could find, so it was very difficult to see the angle of the wing!
    Finally I found one picture that showed the wing, but from a completely different point of view, so in the end I had to guess my way forward for this!

    Guess I was just lucky to hit the right angle of the spoiler.....it was a gamble!!! Luckily this gambling did not ruin anything....phyyyyuuu!!! :)

    Sadly, no... i fear my talent as an artist has fizzled out... A few month ago, i went out and bought all new materials in hopes of rekindling my abilities, but to no avail... i was a great surrealist in my youth... Alas, no more... :(

    Sad to hear that.....perhaps you should just give it some time to train the skills again, I had to do the same years ago after a long break! It usually pays of to be patient and not giving up!

    Did not have too much time for drawing today, so progress has been a little slow!
    Front wheel is almost finished, and I have started to "colorize" the side of the car....a time demanding step in this drawing since I have to add several layers of lines before the color is dark enough without becoming totally black!

    Thanks a lot Mike.....that's the main reason why I love to do black cars......the reflections are always best seen in a black car.......if it's a shiny car like this one, of course ;) :)
