......why do odometers on Lamborghinis have 6 digits? Sort of pointless, eh?
I'm sure there's a cool guy out there with 100,000+ miles on a Countach, maybe even a Diablo. There is the guy with 50k on an F50, I've heard many stories of 70k+ on TR's and 3*8's... or do Lambo owners have them for show only? Had to take the cheap shot, sorry.
Ive seen many Lambos with many many miles on them. They are always the best running ones of the bunch also. I know of a Jalpa owner, with over 100,000 miles on it. Some Countach owners with the same, and many a Diablo owner with 50K. Now go ahead and ask your fellow Ferrari owners the same question.
Jim G's Testarossa went over the 100,000 if I remember right ... and there is a 275GTB with over 200,000 I believe. In the end it comes down to the owner, not the cars ... some like to look at their cars (probably getting a sore wrist at the same time ), others actually understand what it is all about and drive the fncken thing! Pete
The Lamborghini club president Jim Heady used his Countach as his daily driver. There are cars with over 100,000 miles.
