Looks like I will be moving from the western suburbs of Philly to a point closer to Baltimore. I have checked the MD DMV website to understand how badly I may get taxed on re-registering my cars in-state. It is clear abt cars under 7 years old, but those older, plus classic/antiques are not well-defined. The helpline they supply is always busy - probably just off the hook. To me, I should be assessed on the amt I paid historically in PA - not what it is currenlty worth. Any ideas?

    Thanks

If it's an antique or something unusual the DMV will generally not question your value for regestration purposes. Glad to have another Ferrari in Baltimore. Check out waterfront housing.

Thanks for all the resonses. Looking at places in farm country that will give me the space I need to build a huge outbuilding for my cars/restoration projects and not have to worry abt neighbors houses being on top of me like it is here in Malvern.
