I will be disposing of the license plate "LAMPO" off my 355this week.
If anyone is interested in my giving it to them please call me at
978-851-0400.BTW, "LAMPO" means "LIGHTNING" in Italian.
Thought it was appropriate for an F-car

    Hey Michael,
Is that 355 a spider? I think I have seen you around town. Lampo does sound a little like Lambo.....a better plate for a Lambo guy!

Birdman, How can you possibly confuse "LIGHTNING"
    with a "Lambo" ? I'd say there's no contest.

How can you reassign a plate to a non family member. from what I understand it has to go back into the registry.

You turn the plates into them, and then a new person can apply once it reenters the pool.

I had to swap a plate 6 months after a car went to antique plates, and fortunately the local DMV held it for me for long enough until I bought an additional car. Of course, the DMV can call dibs on a cool plate if they see it available in their office.
