Anyone know an attorney who is "friendly" with the bureaucracy of jersey village ?

I already knew it was an efficient speed trap. I was looking at buying a new truck from one of the freeway dealers.

I parked my car at the dealership (late at night), and was checking out their inventory of vehicles. I did not put a seatbelt on, while I drove from the regular inventory section, to the commercial side of the lot. I was written up for no seatbelt, in addition to "other" non-moving violations. I would prefer to pay an attorney, vs paying the dumpy little village.

HAHAHA, got caught by the JV patrol! That's my neighborhood, I've grown up here my entire life. The cops will pull you over for going 1mph over. Unless you live here, you really don't get off with a warning.

My friends moms bf is a JV cop. I'll email my friend tomorrow and see if there's a way he could get that ticket ripped up possibly. His uncle is also a traffic lawyer, so I'll see if I can get his info for you at least. If he can't help you in this situation he will appoint you to an attorney that can. He got me in a contact with a lawyer who knew the judge in Washington County and dropped my speed limit so i could take defensive driving.

By the way, what was the cops name?

    Thanks

I know of their reputation. I suppose they are behind every tree ?

I will PM you the information tomorrow. Such a waste. If anything, I was trying to buy a product from the village ! If business becomes too difficult to conduct in the village, I will need to find another village to conduct commerce.

One other thing. I did not ask to get out of the ticket. I know better than to ask. I already know the answer.

Ralf, I just tried to PM you the attorneys info but it said your box was full. Just PM me whenever.

I knew you weren't trying to get out of the tickets, but I figured I could at least try for you. My friend just laughed when I asked him. So I took that as "fat chance".
