    I was thinking of buying an Audemars and I was wondering how much the typical service costs run? Thanks in advance for any feedback.

    It's about 1800-2000. Ask me how I know. It also may depend on the complications the watch has. I had a stainless perpetual calendar Royal Oak. I owned the watch for ~ 12 years having had it serviced 3 or 4 times. I had it serviced by Audemars.

    The quotes above are accurate, and (when they can) the service center does a lot for no charge as well. My overall experience with the service for AP is so good it inspires me to stay in that maker when I am looking at new buys.

    Whatever you do, buy from an A/D and don't send it anywhere else.
