I bought a 2000 Audi S4 back on April 3rd. Thankfully, I bought it certified. So, Friday night on my B-day weekend, heading home, I hear a strange noise, that I can not place, not knowing my car well enough yet. So I park it and bum rides for the rest of the weekend, and call Audi Roadside on Sunday afternoon. Car got to the Dealership last night and at 8.35 am I get a phone call from Audi stating they found the problem, and the car will be back to me by the evening.

Here is the Part I like. The Waterpump was the part making the noise, and on my car, is run off of the Timing Belt. Well, since my car has 61k on the clock, it was due for its 60k service, which includes timing belt service. So, under wty, they replaced the TB, WP and Tens. for free, (well my $50. deductable)

So, anyone out there thinking of an Audi, spend the extra $ and get a Certified car. Well worth it. :)

I bought my TT 3 1/2 years ago and it only had 17K miles on it. I told the salesman to certify it and they did. It is a wonderful warranty. It covers nearly everything you could expect. Even Seat heaters are covered. I just sold my TT to a friend and the certified warranty is transferable for $150. There is only about 6 months left on the warranty but I told her to do it since you never know what could happen.
