I like it. It is supposed to have a rear spoiler that deploys but it is hard to see exactly where it will be in the pictures. I like the shooting brake concept Audi showed a while back more than this new TT though.

i love these types of cars.it's an accessible(relatively) dream for many out there
to own a fine motor without having to shell out the price of decent miami apartment!
fun, great looking, good dynamics and certainly FAST ENOUGH for 95% of people.
it's great that the TT,z4,SLK exist.
prices are supposed to be similar to the first batch of TTs inttoduced to the UK
way back in '98-'99;which is around GBP26k for the 2.0Tq.

i'm 5'11" and fit better in a TT mkI compared to a maserati 4200!(driver's seat,at least!)

Looks like a slight ripoff of the lines of the CLS. I still like it though.

It's probably one of those proportional things - I'm long-torso, shorter legged, and at 5'11"+ the Audi TT was claustrophobic. The side pillar came out over my shoulder, so that I only had to tilt my head to touch the roof... I kept thinking in a side impact it would crush my head pretty easily.

Which is too bad, because I thought they were great cars and I liked the styling.

ryalex;don't look at it that way...it seems you were built for ITALIAN cars!
most ferraris, lambos and alfas (pre 2000) are thus tailor made to suit your
    frame!
btw,i almost bought a maser 4200,till i realised that even with the seat at it's lowest setting,my head kept brushing the sunvisor!

    i agree it's nowhere as ground-breaking as the iconic original;but CLS 55??!?!?
where?that shoulder line maybe is kinda similar, but alfas have had that since
    1998.

My disproportionately long 'monkey arms' also help reaching the wheel!

I have monkey arms too. My mother used to call me her little knuckle dragger. Charming woman.

Nice - although the new "character line" that sweeps up looks added on. I wouldn't call this a quantum leap over the outgoing TT. I think the new grille looks kind of heavy on the TT compared to the other Audi's.

Audi interiors are a delight, though - even the A3 I looked at looked upscale.

    latest news.
the mkII audi TT has some sort of weird hybrid chassis;where
69% is Aluninium Space Frame and 31%steel...what's weird about this?
    the numbers are always usually the other way around;like in a 5/6 series bmw;
and never has a sports car from a mass manufacturer had such a complex
and costly chassis at this price level.
    the 2.0l turbo does 0-62mph in 6.2sec(200bhp) whilst the 255bhp 3.2lv6
    does o-60mph in 5.6sec!
looks like our wives/girlfriends/masters can get to the salon at near-supercar
    pace nowadays!you have been warned!

Call me crazy, but I think the older TT interior was better looking :)

As an Audi fan and driver, I much prefer the older model. This thing looks like a Crossfire to me, and rather ugly. :(

I agree with you, the old one looks far more stunning, this one looks like a generic audi interior

Personally, I am not a fan of 'bubble' cars. Never appealed to me.
