Isn't this at the wheels after being geared down? If so significantly less than a 500nm car in first gear.
if you want that much power why not just buy a train... you'll need the rails to make it go round corners anyhoo, technology might account for a lot but it'd still feel somewhat lethargic behind the wheel and would re-introduce you to the concept of inertia.
