    Well, I bid adieu (or should I say CIAO) to Augustine. He was out for the weekend. Great Guy! We (ahem) had a alot of laughs and a few hundred miles of high speed adventure.

    We were planning on heading down to Crystal Cove on Saturday, but I will let him explain why we couldn't make it....if he remembers. Put it this way.....cheeseburgers and Bloody Marys' for breakfast in the afternoon, wearing sunglasses INSIDE the restaurant.. (followed by a test drive in an X50 TT cab...The guy forced us to go, y' know?) Nuff said!

    All I was trying to do was provide him with a fair and adequate representation of what So-Cal life is like...
    (where's my halo? OH, I left it in the limo).

    LOL! Let's just say that Friday night will live in infamy. ;)

    Firstly, I'd like to give a big thanks to Dave! He was a very gracious host and a lot of fun to hang with. I got to see so much more of the city with him than I ever would have on my own. The fact that we drove everywhere in that mean-ass 550 made it all the more special. It was also great to meet his lovely wife Adriana and their son Eric. I am very much looking forward to my next trip out to LA. I still plan on making the move out this year and it's nice to know that I've got some great new friends out there waiting for me. Thanks again Dave. You my boy.
