Not sure how you can destroy one of those, but anyway wanted to chime in and say look at all the trouble Ferrari went to, to have the little Prancing Horse cast into it, unless you put your eye/face up close you would never notice it!
I got one in Melbourne some months ago. Bit of a shame really as I have contacted these guys and left details on numerous times yet they never considered to contact me. I certainly wouldn't pay that amount anyway it's a ridiculous price. I paid $150 Aus $ for the one I got. Thanks anyway for putting the link up
Mine was never destroyed it didn't have one. My car is one of the horrible Ferrari's that wasn't manufactured in Australia!!!!!. Apparently (only to a few that think there car is better) if your car is an import over here it's not a real Ferrari????. My car just had a modified LHD foot rest section that I just didn't like. I apologise if someone is upset by my comments.
IMO That's just it Peter. !IN YOUR OPINION!!! Like the rest of the world no one gives a f#-_k or cares My man.
As a former resident I too was always amused by the extra one upmanship it was perceived by some if a car was imported new rather than used. My thought was pocket the difference and enjoy the same car, a no brainer really. Anyway glad you sorted it in the end.
There's a difference between accepting it, and "getting it". I accept that it's a fact here, but I don't get it. Well, I get the desire of people who paid a lot more for an Aussie delivered car to want to protect their investment. That's one thing, but it's another altogether to pretend that Aussie delivered cars are automatically "better" cars. That is pure BS.
I believe the whole argument is IF both cars are the same in every way it will be 'harder' to sell the 'imported' car due to the belief that cars from the UK will be riddled with corrosion you can't see But your rust bucket is safe as you're never going to sell it
Totally agree with that. And the imported car will ultimately sell for less money here in Oz. Never say never.
