33 degrees is hot? When was the last time the car was serviced by a Ferrari expert? Should be easy to check that the cooling system is working fine, and on a 360 I’d expect it to cope with those conditions easily. Unlike the OHOSs that Simon drives.
RWC,what KIAI has been bangin' on about re Qld,Vic and other state's not having to do one every year.
I;d never buy one,far to busy mechanically for me. My interest in Ferrari stops at 1980,end of carbys, with the exception of the F40 and 288GTO(pity about THAT monicka)
They all look busy I took one look at my mates gt4 and shuddered it’s so tight in there they don’t make any of it easy unless you have a lift at home Sent from my iPhone using FerrariChat.com mobile app
Are you saying that after topping the radiator expansion tank you took it for another drive and you had to put two cups in after it cooled down ? If so that would be normal as the coolant expands during the drive and goes out the overflow pipe
No after I filled expansion tank up it’s stayed at that level after drive so far so good Sent from my iPhone using FerrariChat.com mobile app
It's 40c+ here most days through Summer and my Ferrari never overheats and the a/c is ice cold. It's been a few months since I have driven my car, might have to take it for a lap soon. It's been too long.
just wondering pap, with your car sitting for so long do you think it needs to be started occasionally ?

Clearly I owe you an explanation The market has definitely softened, but over the 2 or 3 months it was listed I had about a dozen calls. The car was "sold", to a guy who was financing through his business. Big watch, late model Mercedes. He said the finance was declined but he'd pay me in instalments. I said no thanks. Another guy made a reasonable offer, but first his wife had to fit her golf clubs and make sure she could drive the car. To my surprise the clubs fit but even with the drivers seat in the highest position she couldn't see out of the car. I'm standing there thinking "WTF, ask her for your balls back mate". By this stage I was sick of all the mucking about and the calls from people who wanted to bring their mate and take the car for a test drive; trade in a 911 or a block of land; etc, etc. I'm in the middle of listing my company and feeling stressed enough as it is. Plus, I have a drive trip coming up and the vette motor was AWOL for a while and only just recovered (it's a long story and was also very stressful) so I would have been left without a car.
Yeah,I know about dickhead 'buyers' I had 'an instalment' bloke try to buy the 330,THAT conversation didn't last very long!
