The old ones were down about 3mm, I'd guess they'd never been changed, car has 45Kms on it now.

 

Is that normal Ian or were the OEM rotors substandard like a lot of things Ferrari used?

 

Not refinished, I just keep them clean. It's my OCD

OEM rotors are Brembo, 40K is about the right life for them.

 

Sh^t I'd have thought that'd be warranty on the milage.

 

For normal or hard driving?

 

Most newish cars will chew through rotors in under 40k’s.

Cars of the vintage you like lasted a lot longer.....but don’t stop as well.

Or had drums.

^^^ not in my last 24ish years of doing renta's have I had to replace rotors on my cars before 80ish thou.

..........and as you'd be aware,renta's are the fastest,best handling,go anywhere cars in the motoring world.
