The old ones were down about 3mm, I'd guess they'd never been changed, car has 45Kms on it now.

Is that normal Ian or were the OEM rotors substandard like a lot of things Ferrari used?

OEM rotors are Brembo, 40K is about the right life for them.

Most newish cars will chew through rotors in under 40k’s.

Cars of the vintage you like lasted a lot longer.....but don’t stop as well.

    Or had drums.

..........and as you'd be aware, renta's are the fastest, best handling,go anywhere cars in the motoring world.

    Yes.

Euro and high performance cars have much softer rotors.

Yeah but you're intimating that s%^tboxes,of which you sell, have longer lasting brakes than much more expensive cars,of which you have more of to sell......go figure.

Take a look at the cheap s**t pads the previous owner had fitted.

This is how people f**k Ferrari's - saving pennies on maintenance.

I don't know,I'd never have a modern Euro or Yank in the country.....it'd end up on the back of a flattop to the dealer in Cairns.

LOL, you need new glasses, thats the back of the pad touching the capilper pistons, not the rotor.

The Phil Hughes Handling pack would have accelerated rotor wear significantly [emoji12]
