FWIW I've seen (pics of) both pre- and post-headlight facelift SVs with the large SV decal on the side...

i quite honestly find all this competetive driving a bit of crap.

I did quite a bit with past cars, and was plenty quick, in fact as fast (perhaps a smidge slower) than the guys who were running R spec's and had $thousands in mods etc.

Competetive driving is only for people who have something to prove. I am happy with my driving abilities, and i dont need to prove anything to anyone.

We can all enjoy our cars in different ways, but you cant honestly say that a 355CH is a better car than a Diablo because its faster around a track, nor that a Diablo is better than a normal 355 because it commands more attention.

we all have our tastes (and lets face it none of us here drive falcommonwhores, so have reasonable taste), but im still torn between the next car being a Diablo and 355, both good for different reasons.

its not. pre 99 were standard on all SVs, 99 model didn't have them. if there are cars with it, the owner putted on themselves.

 

i saw a dark blue 550/575 with Qld plates heading up the freeway here in Sadelaide this morning. driver was an older bald gent - kinda how i imagine Moretti to look!

and it's not on the showroom floor anymore either ..... but it fits very nicely next to the hoist thank you very much .... it did cost a bomb in dark blue spray cans

Saw a red 360 this morning on ordinary QLD plates. Getting a bath at sundale.

Also, I'm being followed by some chick in a red Maserati Spyder with WA plates, 'Barchetta'. I see it everywhere.
