Nah, it wasn't Select. Was an alphanumeral. The car was sitting next to me but my lane started moving before I could whip out my phone, so I got the mirror shot instead. The quality wash (done this Monday) is courtesy of the Volvo dealership here... Sadly I no longer have access to the cleaning equipment I used at BMW.

i had a close look this morning in the traffic after Pembroke, this thing was on Kensington road, and after going with it to Fullarton road, it sorta doesnt seem right, the car looks odd compared to Gregs Countach, this thing looks bitsa

Lamborghini Diablo 6.0!!!!!!!!! I've known about this car but never seen it on the street before. I was sitting at the lights in Cottesloe and it went past, in the opposite direction. So eventually I managed a u-turn and looked for it, but no luck. About 45mins later I was back home and I did a quick check of a local "hotspot" for exotics and there it was. yep you're right, some sort of light purple. It also seems to change significantly with the light, would be interesting to know exactly what it is.
wow, some actual spots have been happening in this thread! saw a red lotus esprit (old version) on friday arvo on grenfell, and a black maserati QP in the parking lot at the airport on friday evening, first time seen one close-up in the wild... suh-weeet.
