This afternoon I saw a Corsa 575 Superamerica in Carlton, going from Lygon to Elgin St. Plate [ACG], old pudgy guy driving it.

The owner has about 100 or so Taxi licences and a few pubs. Operates out of Carlton. He is a real character.

    You know him?
I was walking on the side of the road and at the red light, egged him on to bring up the rpms (so I could hear what it sounded like), but he didn't. It was a dismal sounding mid range thrust.

like everyone else at an intersection....

why is doing the 'derrrr' gesture in front of you instead of next to your head the 'obvious' gesticulation when you see a car you like?

Bollox boys! Ive never smoked the 348 up. :) Seriously. I just like to speed alot. But id never do anything stupid in the 348,i respect my cars too much. I bought one of Phils' clutch kits, cause i want the clutch to last.(apparently) Couldnt be bothered replacing the clutch more than once. No matter how easy the clutch job is. :)

burnouts are better on the clutch than riding it is. just not so good on the rubber.

if something's gonna slip, rubber smells better.

.you couldn't break that clutch if you tried...

it'll handle and deliver over 800BHP and 800NM torque, and spin to 10,000rpm...

    bust it if you can!

aw cmon the best part of ferrari ownership is upgrading one bit and having the next bit fail and standing on the side of the road pointing fingers at it and screaming "you are the weakest link" like stewie from the family guy

    or so i'm told....

Ha ha. Seriously though, you wont hurt anything with a little squiggle from the rear tyres, just don't snatch it (to protect the box).

Theres enough power to enjoy a Magnum getaway......

Really... because the correct rear 17" 348 tyres are now almost unobtanium......

18" wheels is the way to go.

Do you mean the rear 17" 255/40 tyres?? Or the actual tyres that came with the car?
