Aussie Ferrari Spotters Thread??

Random question PP, do the owners of those modern Ferraris there enjoy seeing cars like yours and the 246 there?

Do the ask questions about them or show any interest? Or do they tend to stick to their own cars?

 

I don't really know. The people I sat with were old school guys who I have known for decades, so there was some car talk between us but mainly just catching up. I didn't talk to anyone else.

I drive, I eat, I leave. I'm not much of a chatterbox..... Unless the topic is electric cars. Poor horse.

I think I can answer that - I reckon it indicates who’s a ‘car’ person and who’s a ‘brand’ person. I’ve seen a big shift in 20 years and at any events now I get plenty of people coming up to me to say how glad they are to see the old girl (car, in this instance ) on the road. At Targa I had one of the modern Ferrari drivers ask if he could put his Gopro in my car so he could see how heel&toe worked!

 

You keep making claimingly "innocent" posts about Rob - pics of houses from above, pics of his car with disparaging texts attached, etc.

You acknowledge the appearance of the most recent post and assert that it's not trolling, just all a joke and funny, and that other people don't get the joke, they are suffering from ADS and that you didn't write the post, you were simply reposting it.

Not being the author of the content is not a defense against being admonished for posting something, everyone is responsible for the content they reproduce onto the forum.

Simply claiming that its not trolling doesn't mean it isn't viewed in that light by others, and perhaps if it was your first post in relation to Rob, your excuse may get a pass.

However the most recent post directed at Rob was only a day after the expiry of a previous temporary ban for trolling this particular member, and hence warrants a futher 1 week ban so you have the time to reflect on how you wish to interact with this forum and it's members in the future.
