Aussie Ferrari Spotters Thread??

I know you won't get to read this until the sun goes down Count but 10c is summer in the UK and they drive soft tops all the time

man, always thought the TR was uber-cool with the high wing-mirrors... those actually look kinda goofy...

however i don't think i've ever seen so many holes in a disk before... i have to wonder, they're not properly ventilated, and the hole pattern is too straight (increases likelihood of fissures), how much good bite do those brembos really get on those disks? looks like a home-job to me, more show than whoa.

 

I have a mate here that marked out and drilled his own disc's on his EB XR6. He a fitter and turner and he did them at work. Done a really good job. They havent cracked and fallen apart just yet..............

 

yeah, question is.... WHY did he do them?

was he getting brake fade? or did he want them to look cool?

 

I have a feeling.............strong feeling, that its for show. Still looks cool though. Not sure if they have improved disc cooling though and help with brake fade? Maybe......maybe not. Im off to bed, f*ck this. Ciao ash.

or what .......... try to get the subject in with a slight offset and good lighting angle, and get lower and closer
