i've personally never seen or heard anyone ***** about an oil leak. HOWEVER...i vaguely recall someone being extremely dissatisfied that he paid for one to be fixed, and not only did it still leak, but the mechanic refused to fix it properly. just rumour...may be nothing in it. i forget where i heard it exactly.
really, who would be that low to do such a despicable act of treachery, we are all "nice people" here!
you mustn't have ever paid big money for a service (>$10k) and had your car come back no fixed I paid $4.5k when I put the car in to get an oil leak fixed and it still leaked when I got it back ....
goobs...it's just a rumour. i really can't imagine anyone would do that in the ferrari world. it's just too small a community, and word would surely get out!

PP - I love you. I read it again and it makes sense to me. no obviously not, if the service on my car was $10K (about 1/3 of its purchase price) I'd be broke.
