I love the pics of the G on your site. I had one of them as my background for ages. I love the colour against the black and white. They really are fantastic photos! If i remember correctly you had some great pics of a 993 and a boxster together as well. Have you any more hi-res photos?
Thanks v15ben Thanks injektilo I remember those pics ! http://www.qplanet.org/index.php?show=boxsterS_photos&img=111 ....no idea where they have gone. I cant find them on my server :-// I will dig them out over the weekend.....
Paul, glad to see you're still around. When are you coming back to Melbourne? We need to get both you and Roger down here for some intensive track therapy.!
Sorry - my mistake. If they come over for a holiday, or bring a Ferrari into town then it is excused though....
SPOTTED: 1 Red CS rego F1 with a shady looking character at the wheel....... Scrub Rd Carindale 6.15am yesterday. No Stripe on Bonnet though
Im no good with the camera, so the pic is prety crap, but heres a 550 at burswood last night. (wish i had my car so i couldve taken a pic together), BTW, how do i take a pic at night and make it come out? Edit: Hmmmm didnt attach? will try again later.
Were the plates 1BYN 688? Thats the only blue 550 I know of in Perth. Tips for taking car pics at night: 1. DON'T use the flash! 2. If possible use a tripod, or if you haven't got one then place the camera on a flat surface (like a wall, or the floor). 3. If you have a self-timer then use it to avoid any shake when you press the shutter. 4. Set the shuttter speed to 4-5 seconds (could be more or less depending on how much light is around) if you have that option.
here goes again, BTW Dingo, why did you assume it was blue? (there was a blue one at Barbagallo not long ago), on the topic of barbagallo, have you looked at the elise theyve got? http://i17.photobucket.com/albums/b78/loooney/550spot.jpg Image Unavailable, Please Login
I could swear you wrote blue 550 - anyway that blue one is for sale again privately now. The red one you saw is probably 'AX 71 WA' - saw it on Mends St, South Perth about a year ago and got a few pics before the owner turned up. yeah I was there last Saturday morning to have a look, but not sure if white is the right colour for an Elise.
Oh and Looney another tip for night pics, editing it in Photoshop can also help improve a dark photo: Image Unavailable, Please Login
