This Saturday, the 20th, we will have our Saturday breakfast at Moorespeed. Please check out this link for details:

    http://moorespeed.com/mooresports/news/schedule/HCRFCAbreakfast2005.html

Please follow the link and RSVP from there, not here, so it's easier for me to count heads.

The breakfast is combined with a Tech Session.

If you've ever had anything my girl cooks, you won't miss it..........she rocks.

I sent an email out to you guys? I blind cc'd it to all.

Anyway, you guys want to help show up around 8:30 or earlier. But I think we have it handled..........my crew decided that Tonya's breakfast was not to be missed so they will be there as well as a few other volunteers. But tear down and moving cars back in at the end of the session may be a bigger help.

Here's a copy of the email I sent out today:

First I want to thank everyone for RSVPing us promptly. We are really looking forward to tomorrow and have a solid turnout of no less than 30 people....about 25 Ferraris if you include one of mine. I'm very please to inform you that Paul Gibbs, owner of The Leather Menders, will be demonstrating proper cleaning and treatment of your Ferrari's interior.

We've worked with Paul for years now and he has always done concours type work for us and our customers. It's pretty standard procedure for us to have a car in for service and have Paul come over and either work on it here or we take out seats or dash for him to do his thing and then it goes back in without any extra downtime for the customer. We have several Ferraris currently in the shop that Paul has done recent interior work as well as one he will be doing soon for a member of the club.

As usual, we have lots going on in the workshop, so we will also open it up for question and answer........informal as always.

And the weather looks great, so we hope to get some great group photos of all next to their cars.

    See you in the morning.

    thanks

Another GREAT Moorespeed event. Very interesting and for me topical subject on leather. Liked Paul and will steer some business his way. Fantastic turnout. Thanks again David.

Great pictures Randy. I really like the ones of the red and yellow Testarossas together. The pictures I took in the shop didn't turn out so good. I think I had it in the wrong setting.

Thanks Mike and thanks Mike again! I also added in the video of the Diablo GT at the end of the gallery. I changed the settings - after I took the video for better quality - but for this video it is low low low, but worth it for a tease of the exhaust.

    Great looking cars, too.

David - Those 360 wheels look GREAT on the 308, I didn't expect them to look that good, but they really do.
512I BB Owner - Those wheels look great, and the car looks awesome!
Diablo GT Owner - Are you on Fchat?

That QP is a Neimen Marcus Ed, those are very rare (and overpriced).

Some people want the latest and most exclusive.
It's just something to play with until he gets his new F430.
That Maserati is number 2 of 60.

F430? Good Lord, how many F430's will we have in Austin?

I also can't believe no one else has spotted the black Coupe yet.

Lots of the usual guys didn't show up or didn't bring their Ferraris, so I can only imagine what it would look like if we could get all the Ferrari owners in Austin together with all their Ferraris at the same time.

I'd try to make it down to some of the breakfasts (if they stayed at La Madeline -- it's 5mins from my house), but, atleast as of late, My dad isn't really interested in spending the little time he isn't busy working going to things like Ferrari breakfasts. Once I buy a car (I'll hopefully have saved enough by June '06), I'll probably make it to some. I'd love seeing more of the F-cars, and meeting some of you all.

Thanks for setting up the breakfast, tech session, monthly meeting Dave, Dave, and Tonya! I had a great time and can't wait for the next one. That was by far the most Ferrari's that I have seen at one time in Texas. The leather mendor's demo was informative, I probably need to make an appointment for a refresh on the TR seats and dash.

Tonya's breakfast was over the top fantastic!
