    I finally go the contract negotiated and signed to move to Austin. I'll be there by the end of this month. Once again, right near the arboretum area, quick shot to downtown.

    Can't wait to get there!

    I looked at some downtown lofts last week and was amazed to see them in the $400/ft price range. They are nice but wow they are expensive. There are several buildings down there now and there are plans to put up another 5 or 6 next year.

    I imagine you saved a lot of money by moving out a little ways. That will pay for a lot of gas that you can enjoy while driving your Ferrari downtown from the Arboretum.

    Traverna's is a new Italian restaurant that just opened on Second Street. I highly recommend it but be prepared for a long wait to get in.

    ****, got an addendum to the contract, not looking good. Consulting attorney now, looks like it may not be happening, yet.
