Australia- 458 Speciale current Values

Hi guys

Is anyone able to comment on current RHD 458 Speciale prices world wide? Low mileage, well looked after cars. Are they depreciating, steady or appreciating? In Australia, general feedback that I am getting is that Turbo Charged V8 Ferrari's are not being well received by purists. At least for now. Personally, I don't like new Turbo charged engines. I am looking at replacing my 458 Italia with an almost new 458 Speciale. But the asking price is over $700 AUD. The same car was sold brand new in 2015 for around $650,000 AUD. Current prices for new 488 GTB's start from $500,000 AU. Many thanks.
