That's kinda dumb - Barrett Jackson is in full swing while qualifying has started!! 9 minutes into first 15 minute session and only 9 times have been set . . Ide had an off, put gravel on track, rejoined and spun again thus being stranded in the middle of the track in S3 at turn 14. RED FLAG and clock is still ticking - this is a first for the new format - when car cleared and session restarted there'll be 7 min 52 sec remaining. Restart underway - only 10 with times.....
The live timing shows a dry track. If BMW takes the front row i will never hear the end of it. GO MS To bad speedTV is so cluless that they have to show the BJ auction instead.

Michael is safe this go around.. MASSA CRASHES - this is not good, At least he's not hurt and it sounds like the car was not excessively destroyed.
Looks like a Renault /McLaren /BMW race tomorrow. Hopefully the red cars will have something for Imola.
