Mate I'm a Chinaman, while you guys look at an animal and thinking "wow, what wonders nature has given us", my brain is flowing "What's this gunna taste like?!" the key here is if the animal is considered to be an endangered species, just like if they start shooting seberian tigers, or african lions for their skin or bones.

One bit me first [right index knuckle], so... it's quite delicious and takes on seasonings very well and in less time. No cow-poker should go without having Emu, and those who disdain cud-dly cow eating have no excuse not to have steak without "guilt" or whatever they call it these days if they eat feathered flockers. Either is missing out if they've not had Emu steak, kabob, burger or jerky. Isn't drunken crabs a morning-after and thereafter regret?
