Just watched the "Cutting Edge" doco on SBS (recorded from last night). "Wall Street: The Meltdown" Very interesting. Does show how powerful the press is. Everytime CNBC broadcast and had interviews the companies stock price tumbled. Am I the only one concerned the first home owners grant we have here is dangerous in the current low interest enviroment? Poeple buying property with a deposit basically funded by goverment may suffer the same cash flow problems as in the US when the economy turns and interst rates head north again.
