Anyone install an auto dimming (electro-chromatic) mirror in a 575?

I cam across a reseller's page and it said not recommended for Ferrari. So I put it to the experts. I can see no reason why a Gentex Homelink won't work just thought I'd ask.

I know I am adding a lot of goo to the car but it is my daily and I find I am missing some features, so why not add them? Just ordered remote trunk release and backup camera (because I can). Next is a skid plate and a nicer rear-view mirror (I find the stock a bit small).

    Thanks,
    dsd

I was thinking of adding a back up camera as well, what model did you purchase, also what head unit are you using to view the image?

    Thanks

You know there is a battery operated automatic mirror from Mitsubishi.

It's a dealer option on mitsubishi cars here in Japan, and they just have batteries(I think it uses AA).

I think that would make life much easier for installation.

If you want info I can get the info on them.

The price is about 200bucks I think.
