Hi, im hoping someone may be able to help me out.

I will be travelling around in the New York area over Christmas (from Australia), and I will be hoping to source some parts for my Mazda which I am restoring back home. In particular parts from a 1968-1972 Mazda r100 and Mazda rx series parts (pre rx7). These cars a far more common in the states, and from what I have seen are not worth much at all. Im really struggling to source certain parts back home.

Is there any large auto wreckers/breakers around New York region which may be able to supply me with parts? I understand that they will more than likely be quite a distance away from the city itself.

By the way, what are the chances of a white christmas this year?

    Thanks in advance,
    Alex

check www.car-parts.com it searches a bunch of salvage yards.

For a zip code you can use 10013 which is a downtown Manhattan zipcode. On the right hand side of the listed parts you will see the distance from 10013, naturally, the closer the better.

Good Luck and enjoy NY :)

    Thanks for that!

Its just been so hard to find a particular set of wheel trims back home, and people are asking ridiculous prices for them. So if anyone has any old mazda r100 parts lying around please let me know!

    Thanks again,

    Alex
