    Hi guys,

I have been talking to Bill at AE and they have offered me an option for diagnostics link is below.
Anybody have this already if so can I have some feedback on how user friendly it is and after sales support from AE, I’m only looking for 360 and 458 for self-use.

    Ferrari and Maserati (EI18)

I would like a bit more info on this comment at the bottom of the link ?

*Does not support service Resets with this software release. Known issue retrieving trouble codes from TCM on 360.

Looks interesting but I think you would need to use it for a while to form an opinion of any value. That line at the bottom bothers me. Diagnosing F1 trans problems with a hit and miss trouble code access would be a problem.

One good thing about it. The screen shots show a use of the English language that Digiplex could never get right.

It is pretty useless on a 458

They say it's is good with 458/California, that makes me very happy if that is the case. I'm still in email stage with Jay the engineer who does the European coverage. Sounds good anyway hope it's the real deal.

    Support advanced features as:
◾ABS (Steering Angle Calibration and Bleed)
    ◾CIS and PIS Configurations
    ◾Read Clutch Index
    ◾Gearbox Self-Learn
    ◾Gearbox Actuator Centering
    ◾Service Reset (458 Italia / California)

Awesome if it really happens. We have been left with blue-balls several times in the past. The price point if that is anywhere close is too good to be true. We can only hope.

I do my homework first before I spend money. That is why I asked the question in the first place. Once I'm happy that it's the real deal and user friendly I'll buy.

    Steve,
You beat me to the punch, they e-mailed me with the price. I will say that their response was quick, may be an indication that their service is good?
    Here is the exact e-mail:
Ferrari/Maserati is $2000USD and you are required to currently own or purchase at the time the SP01 ProLine Bundle (Domestic, Asian) $1199USD and the SP07-2 European Expansion $599USD
Total cost as a new purchase $3800USD

    So, buy it.

There doesn't appear to be any real world experience to prove whether or not this thing is worth the money (or any money). Someone needs to be the first.

That's a big model range. Lets get Rob to buy if for Fchat and he can rent it out to us on a per use basis.

Brian S has one at his disposal and seems to think it is a door stop.

My mistake. It was Rustybits talking about the TEXA.

Watch wording. Reading a value doesn't imply the ability to change it or do anything about it. I run into this with some limited electronic test equipment from time to time.

Several of us have looked into Autoenginuity. I'm not aware of anyone that has gone beyond getting a sales pitch.

Agreed. Also their wording about applicability for the 458 has me feeling it does one minor function.

Have never used it but have nothing negative reports from those that do or did. I had several shops calling and asking what it meant when it did "this". Sounds like poor support among other things.

The dude that wanted $18k and was then dropping the price each day, the one who acquired it from a shop that closed down?
