    Stumbled across this video featuring an Aventador pitted against an FF in a 1350m drag race. Certainly not the car's natural habitat, but I always find these type of videos amusing.

    Interesting, however to be a fair race.
    The 911 turbo was an older version, it should be against a 991 turbo or even a 991 turbo S.
    It would be more interesting to see the aventador against the F12 too.

    Having said that the FF did extremely well considering that it can carry 4 people comfortably, has a decent trunk and it can be driven daily in any weather, even during a snow storm.
    Would like to see the aventador or even the F12 doing that.
    The FF is a unique and phenomenal supercar.

    Vs the 997 Turbo, the result is what you would expect. At low speeds the AWD traction of the Porsche give it an edge, but the long gears and horsepower of the FF come into play at high speeds.

    uhhh, just sayin', the FF has AWD too
    looked like the FF driver was weak in getting away, wonder if he used the PS because I would think the car would be much quicker than that vs the 997 'bo

    From a dead stop, the extra traction of the Aventador is a huge advantage.

    In a roll-on race, the extra power of the F12 seems to shine through.

    Agreed. I think it's the most exciting series-production four-seat Ferrari in decades.
