Auto High Beams not working and tire temp

1. Rumor has it that in the U.S. Ferrari disabled the auto high beam feature. Mine certainly does NOT work and I have manually switch off the high beams with any oncoming traffic. Can someone confirm that this feature is NOT available in the U.S. 296's? I find that lame as that is a standard feature with any high end vehicle these days.

2. Took delivery of 296 3 weeks ago. Despite spirited driving in hot weather, the car diagram in the dash shows my tires remain blue in color. The tire psi is indicator is working fine, but NO change in the tires, as I recollect that the tire diagram is supposed to change from blue to green once they have reached proper temperature. Has anyone experienced their tire diagram changing to green?
