Here is a 328 GTS that we just finished. The car was stored improperly and sat for a number of years. The original owner asked us to bring her back to life both cosmetically and mechanically. I think he will be very pleased when he picks up his baby tomorrow. We have done several Ferrari's over the past few years. Feel free to give us a call from a picky oil change to a full restoration. I invite you all to stop by for a visit to see our place in SW Florida right on U.S. HWY 41 in Bonita Springs. if nothing else, the photos and brilliant red color on that car are awesome! Makes the Lotus look like it needs three baths!
You do good work and thank God you are on the East Coast. Tired of all those West Coast guys with their fancy, schmancy shops.
Wow, that's really beautiful. Hope the owner appreciates the time and effort. What other details can you share about waking up this beauty?
So it's the original owner? And it needed to be brought back to life? I have never understood this type of situation. Who buys a car like this, stores it improperly, forgets about it, and then one day decides oh, I just remembered. I have a 328 sitting around here I should drive someday. Maybe A&E should start a new series called Ferrari hoarders.
It was not stored in a climate controlled garage and sat for many years with the windows down. The clutch was stuck to the flywheel and needless to say the car was not running when it was shipped in. We did a full major service, including timing belts, fuel system, cooling system, A/C, interior, some exterior paint corrections... I thought I took a bunch of before pictures but I have yet to find them. I will for sure take before and after on the next one. PS: I thought the owner would like to relive taking delivery of his car all over again, that's why we put it in the showroom. He was very happy today when he came to pick it up as were we to to see the smile on his face.
That was very thoughtful of you. What a great experience for the owner. Love to see the before pictures.
