I think you should be banned for poor jokes!!!!!
I'm in Kent. I'm 100% sure I won't be only one from the massive going there that day! We can sort out convoy arrangements nearer the time but we usually meet at Clackett Lane services
Well if we ever have a beauty contest you can be the judge because of your unrivalled experience in this area
Like the idea of a GT4 "concentration run". I'm only round the corner from Brooklands but will need an excuse to get the oil hot before turning up - so breakfast near Pease Pottage and back roads from there??
Well done David. That's three GT4's so far. I'll have a look on a route-planner and see if there are some interesting ways to get to Brooklands missiing out the M25 but perhaps joining tonyh and others in Cobham. Dan, is 8.30 too early?
I agree, mornings do suck and the neighbours won't thank us.... I'll find out the Cobham time (at a hotel if I recall) and post here. May have another GT4 coming from Kent if his cars finished by then.
Anyone want to meet up with two of us in 355's in the West Midlands area. Hilton Park services or M42 Tamworth services?? Or can we latch on the back of the Cobham Crew when you do a fly by?
You're welcome to join up with the Cobham meet but as it's only 5 minutes from there to Brooklands I'm afraid it won't be much of a fly by!

I've just looked at the thread for the last Auto Italia day in October and the Kent Massive gathered at Clacketts for 9am, meeting the others at the Hilton for 9.30. Seems like a good plan for this time around too
The only thing about gathering at the Hilton is the traffic lights on the way out. We join up in order to convoy in, but only the first four or five cars manage to get through the traffic lights before they go red again. Hence the convoy is split up immediately.
That's a very good point and is something that I was thinking about only the other day. The Fairmile Arms (the place where we met for the FOC BBQ) is only a short distance the other side of the A3. Do you think that might be a better proposition?
I'm not sure really. Still have to go through those traffic lights on the way (although admittedly on the main road rather than the side road). If meeting at the fairmile we'll have to ok it with them as the pub won't be open at that time.
anybody from up north fancy this we could go down in a convoy [gang] pickup tea arse gate crash and cause mayhem he he he
There's a Premier Lodge next to the pub. Why not meet for coffee and leave en masse after. I don't think we'll get split up. Straight down Portsmouth Rd and over A3 r/about.
