There's probably another thread somewhere, but I can't be bothered looking - anyone going? Featured marque is Fiat, featured model is the Lampredi pushrod engined cars - 1300/1500/ 1800/2100/2300 - I'll take pictures of any 2300S for Moretti....
my 2300S has moved onto another owner Dave bloody women making a man sell his toys ...... appreciate any photos of them though, ... AND any 8Vs that may turn up , I love that car as well
I think this is Moretti's old car in the middle of these three today. It certainly looked 3 seconds slower. Image Unavailable, Please Login
looks like it, red and had Italian flag stickers on the flanks .... never really understood why I did that
Compensation: everyone knows that italian flag stickers subtract 3 seconds from lap times... Great day, about a dozen 2300S and lots of other cared for Fiats, nice to see. I enjoyed the perfect 1100D Riveria, exactly the same as my Mum had in the 60's. Good turnout of cars and bikes - I've never seen a Benelli 6 before, lots of oddball stuff.
I believe that the Benelli engine was based on a Honda 500 - not a bad thing, but probably an answer to a question nobody asked..
Best Known as the yellow car this Picture was taken early morning before the Masses arrived. The Car won the peoples award for the exotic class. Image Unavailable, Please Login
Thanks for posting a few pics guys. I wasn't able to attend, so if you could post a few more of the interesting stuff (OHOS especially) it'd be appreciated.
