Auto Parts Website... Terrible

This is not Ferrari related this has to do with a Brake Light Socket that I purchased for my BMW from www.autopartswarehouse.com (I dont think they have Ferrari parts)

I recently ordered a Brake Light Socket from autowarehouse.com I received my package in a very timely manner, however it contained the wrong item! They gave me a Tail Light Socket. So I went to there website and spoke with there live chat agent named "Maria" I explained to her what happend and she gave me a answer that had nothing to do with the question so after the third time asking (And dumbing the question down the 3rd grade level) she finally gave me a answer of how return the item, so I ask her what payment method will I recieve the refund, she just explained to me what she already said, youll receive the payment within 4-6 weeks after we get the item back so after asking that question a few more times and still getting the wrong answer I gave up on her. Now im wondering, is it worth it to have to go through all this and wait all that time just to get my few dolars back?

Today they emailed me the return information on how to return the item, they explained to me that I will not be refunded for shipping costs, and that I must pay the shipping costs in order to return the item.... When I spoke with Maria she said that they will pay me back the shipping and that they will pay to have it shipped back to them!

What is wrong with these people? No one buy anything from them again. Its not the money I care about as it wasnt to much money, its the fact of how ignorant these people are, and the fact that they try to make it out as MY fault that THEY made a mistake to send me the wrong item.
