Auto Zone saturday meets about to end?

So I was in the shop a week ago and made a quick comment about the weekly gathering. Long story short, he said he's thinking about ending it, reason being that there's too many people and/or matters of financial nature. Something about giving away too much free stuff? Anyway, I wouldn't be too bothered about it, if not for how he said it, which sounded a bit on the bitter side.

 

The guy that owns Autozone is very outgoing and is a true die hard gearhead. So I think if this were to ever happen, its got to be serious.

 

It might have something to do with neighbor pressure. It's a shared lot, and the other tenants have complained about the lack of parking for THEIR customers in the past.
