Hi guys, looking at a 911 - 2 owner, clean carfax - auto check is showing a "non collision" accident from "accident source". Dealer (who I like and tend to trust) says prior owner repainted the lip spoiler, but no receipt. Car passes paint meter test on all metal panels and is in near-new beautiful condition with about 12 k miles.

Wondering if this is an issue? Thoughts?

    Thanks

If the dealer knows the prior owner repainted the lip spoiler, he should be able to contact the prior owner who should have proof of that.

If it's got clean title, it's a non-issue. If you don't want it, they'll be plenty that do. That won't change.

most likely it is not an issue with the car - however just like you are asking so will the next potential buyer. The VIN was reported to Auto Check with some sort of body repair, body part that was ordered or there was a police report that the owner, to be safe, had written at the scene of a small fender bender to protect themselves form a future law suit and the reports said no damage Either way when you go to sell it - It will be there.
