Autocross is a viable alternative

Wanna go balls out? But you might be a bit nervous about getting on a track with other cars? Afraid of paint chips? Don't want to diminish the value of your wife? (You know what I am talking about).

Have you considered autocross, racing one car at a time on a course with nothing to hit but traffic cones?

Speedventures is hosting an autocross at the Auto Club Speedway in early November. Unlimited runs, no cone shagging, just racing all day long. All you need is a car that is not leaking fluids and a helmet (loaner helmets are available).

I will be there on Saturday, November 3 in my little red car. When it is not racing it will be parked next to the blue EZ-Up.
