    I guess you can call us the new guys but we been servicing Ferraris for many years. Tony F. Master Tech has been servicing Ferraris since 1987. He was the head tech for FNE worked at Autohaus in Cohasset and Newport Imports.
    Today's project's for our team Tony F, Wendel F Couto , Jackson De Almeida 1999 F355 F1 pump update and new clutch.1980 308 GTSi Major service. 1997 Ferrari 550 Major service. 2007 Ferrari F430 F1 conversion and 1997 F355 for an alternator and clutch line.

    When you say PTU rebuild, do you use Ferrari parts, or do you rebuild with your own (or another fabricator's) manufactured parts?

    Good morning, Nospinzone the rebuilt kit is supplied from Hollywood Mechanic and it is an upgraded kit, seals, and bushings not from Ferrari.

    Tony rebuilt the Getrag DCT on my 2015 California T this summer and it is now running and shifting perfectly. It's a shame that it seems all of these transmissions are inevitably going to require a rebuild, either due to a seal failure (my case with an oil leak at 31k miles, no shift issues, errors or warnings ever, it just started leaking when it was running) or a sensor failure, but it makes sense to replace everything in the box while it is apart lest you just replace a single sensor and have something else fail later. Better to pay a bit extra in parts than face that big labor charge twice. Upgraded Viton seals and sealed bearings will, hopefully, mitigate further issues.
